The Polar Bear
Magnificent, highly adapted bear of the Sea ice,
coming to symbolise the strength and yet the beauty and fragility of our natural world.
The Sculptress JOEL has been studying this iconic animal to make a special series of sculptures which will increase awareness of conservation needs and also help raise funds for vulnerable ecological areas.
The detailed sculptures to be cast into Bronze by the Lost Wax process will celebrate this Ice Bear, its cubs and their care for each other. The aim is that these sculptures will be widely available to the public via certain outlets. Contact the Studio for details on this project.

JOEL has sculpted many different wild animals including Foxes, Otters, Seals, and life-like sculptures of birds, owls, geese and swans. The Kingfisher is available in Bronze so too is the Mandarin Drake and other species of ducks and geese.
The Mandarin Drake a limited Edition sculpture has been cast into Pewter with a secret....it can be separated into two parts
.... the top lifting away to reveal a useful secret box
